DragonSword Awakening +18 mods: the patching scene for the open-world action RPG already has its first nudity files, and not all of them are the same or installed the same way. One of the busiest is «Aria Lewd n Nude“, signed by Sonicarrito and uploaded by xam_xam. It occupies 9.13 MB, was published on August 10, 2026, and has 41 downloads. It leaves one breast exposed and completely removes the lower part of the outfit, but retains the original face, hairstyle, and animations, in addition to adding skin textures and custom shaders.

Another of the DragonSword Awakening mods, «Theresia Lewd in Nude“,” goes in the same direction. Credited to Sonicarrito and Tex, it weighs 10.07 MB, was released on August 10, 2026, and has accumulated 71 downloads. It is described as a cosmetic mesh replacement that transforms the protagonist’s default outfit into a nude body.

Beyond the purely nude, there are other approaches. JPTHEHERO’s “Cow Girl Cerese” replaces Cerese’s outfit with a cow-print bikini and allows for alternating colors. It is the only work featuring this character that is documented with an identified artist.

How to install DragonSword Awakening mods: the .pak files in the ~mods folder

Before we begin, it’s important to mention that you’ll need to have a Nexus Mods account. Once you’ve done that, you can go to this link where you’ll find all the +18 mods for DragonSword Awakening available so far.

Manually installing DragonSword Awakening mods in .pak format is almost identical in all cases. The file is copied to a folder called ~mods within DS\Content\Paks. There are names circulating without verifiable information. This is the case of an alleged «Cerese Lewd n Nude» Focused on nudity: the only verified entry regarding Cerese is JPTHEHERO’s bikini. Something similar occurs with other cast mods that appear in compilations but not in the reviewed files.

There is also no evidence that these files are hosted on LoversLab, a platform mentioned in some compilations but not listed in the sources consulted. And Shanoa’s connection to the game’s cast, present in several topless works within the scene, is not confirmed.

For context, the game’s Steam page shows a rating of 91/100 based on over 3,700 reviews, and Metacritic gives it 78/100. This data comes from the store and aggregator, and is not a guarantee that DragonSword Awakening mods will continue to work after the next patch.
